President/Owner
Candice Blomeley serves as President and Owner of JMHC, bringing over three decades of construction expertise. Since 1985, she has played a pivotal role in JMHC's management team, overseeing corporate operations. With an MBA specializing in Accounting and Information Systems from Georgia State University, Candice also maintains an active Underground Utility Contractor License in Florida, Certification No. CUC1225177.
Marlise Wellborn
Chief Financial Officer
Marlise Wellborn serves as Chief Financial Officer for JMHC, boasting over three decades of experience in construction accounting, including Land Development, Construction Management, General Contracting, and Engineering. Marlise manages accounting and is responsible for financial reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
Mike Presley
Operations Manager
Mike Presley serves as Operations Manager of JMHC, bringing over five years of expertise in Civil Construction and over five years of experience in General Contracting. Since joining JMHC, he actively manages the company's day-to-day operations, including Project Management, Field Operations, and Equipment. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida.
Michael Blomeley
Chief Estimator
Michael Blomeley serves as Chief Estimator of JMHC. He has over 10 years of experience in Site Development and Estimating. Michael ensures precision and thoroughness in bid preparation and submission. He participates in securing projects for bidding. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Michael maintains an active Underground Utility Contractor License in Florida.
